I am delighted to present 'Guru Shishya Kaushal Samman Yojana', an initiative of Haryana Government by Shri Vishwakarma Skill University aimed at empowering youth through skill development. This program draws inspiration from the revered Guru-Shishya parampara, seamlessly combining time-honored wisdom with modern technical training to prepare students for the dynamic demands of today's workforce.

As Assistant Deputy Director, my focus is on ensuring smooth operational execution, efficient batch management, and strong field coordination across all districts. We are committed to providing hands-on support to both trainers and trainees, ensuring that every RPL and TOT batch delivers real value, quality learning, and industry-aligned skills on the ground.
